Our Policies

The following policies are in place to optimize the efficiency of our operations and to ensure that all of our accounts receive equal and consistent support for their business. We appreciate your cooperation.
Ordering Policy
  • Orders can be placed in store, online, by email, over the phone or through your territory representative.
  • Products remain the property of Esthetics Plus (2008) Ltd. until paid in full.
  • No backorders - any item short shipped will need to be reordered.
  • Opening orders and promotions cannot be combined with any other offer.

Payment Methods

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash, Interac Debit, and Interac e-Transfer.
  • Interac e-Transfers can be sent to admin@epbeauty.ca.
  • No password required - your funds will be auto deposited into our account.
Shipping Policy
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.
  • Transit times may vary depending on your selected shipping method.
  • Esthetics Plus assumes no responsibility for damages that occur in transit.
  • Furniture orders may take 4-6 weeks to ship and additional shipping charges will apply.
  • Transit times and additional fees for all furniture orders will be communicated prior to processing.
  • All shipments come inclosed with an invoice of your purchased items; we cannot remove this invoice from your shipment.

Shipping Rates

 

Due to the Canada Post workers strike, rural accounts who would normally have their orders shipped via Canada Post will be shipped via FedEx and therefore, additional fees may apply. We are also unable to offer free shipping over $750 for these accounts at this time. Please contact our office with any questions or concerns regarding this temporary change. We apologize for the inconvenience. 
  • Standard Shipping: $30 or FREE on orders of $750+
  • *Express Shipping: Courier rates apply or FREE on orders of $2500+
  • In-Store Pickup (Edmonton & surrounding areas ONLY): FREE
  • Drop shipping is not available. 

*Express shipping is not available online at this time. Please call our office to place your order if you require express shipping. 
Return Policy
  • All skincare, cosmetics, and sale items are FINAL sale.
  • All returns are subject to approval.
  • A 20% re-stocking fee applies to all returned items.
  • No cash refunds - credit or exchange only within 30 days of original receipt.
  • Credit must be used within 90 days.

Missing or Damaged Items

  • All order discrepancies must be reported to Esthetics Plus within 3 business days from date of invoice.
